Wow!I would kill my husband for this.I can't believe you handled it so well.I'm not a big fan of counselors at all.Do you feel you can't trust him now?You both need to talk about it more.I am in just such shock that he would do that with you pregnant.I am so sorry that this happened to you but i would really keep an eye on his cell and activities.Sound like he may not have finished things with his ex and i would call her and tell her how bad it hurt you to know she was sending that stuff to your husband.Tell her how clueless you are that you even had problems.Explain you pregnancy and how hormones made you call her and just unload all you worries on her, pray for her and your husband because it was adultery in the churches eyes.
I am so sorry you're going through this.It's a good sign that your husband seems willing to admit what he's done, but i absolutely would think about seeing a marriage counselor for awhile.Here's my reasoning:First of all, he's committed an enormous breach of your trust, and you can't fix that with a single cometojesus conversation, no matter how genuine his remorse is.He needs to understand, and you need to as well, that it will take awhile to heal this, and he's going to have to be patient with you.If a couple of months of pregnancy have put this major a strain on your relationship, you're going to need some serious help to get through those enormously stressful first months/years after the baby arrives.A neutral third party can help you have the hard conversations you need to have, and help both of you see what you need to do/not do to keep your marriage healthy.
I really respectfully disagree with the posters who spoke against counseling.I think at this point it would be a really good thing.And i would not call the ex.Obviously if she is fine with having an affair with a married man, having his wife call to confront her on it is not going to change her mind, she must have pretty low morals, be pretty selfish, and have 0 self respect.Like you said yourself, she wants him back, she's doing all she can do get that, why would she stop just because you say so?Nothing good will come of talking to her.Find a good therapist, talk talk talk with your dh, but be smart and keep an eye on his cell phone etc.Don't let someone take your forgiving nature and willingness to make things work for granted.That said, good for you for fighting for your marriage.Best wishes.

ECP develops software to announce results
Islamabad:The election commission of pakistan(Ecp)Has developed a software that will be provided to 500 returning officers for sharing the exact vote count of candidates from each polling station all over the country soon after the counting process is completed.
"It will help ensure free and fair elections in the country as more than 80 percent returning officers will send results to the ecp through this software,"Undp's country director marcandre franche said in his first exclusive interview with any media outlet after his appointment here in pakistan couple of months back here at his office on friday.

The undp's country head, a canadian national, replied different questions in more than one hour interview and said different donors including australia, european union, japan, norway and us contributed in the $15 million assistance for the ecp and they helped them through three major initiatives by empowering and educating voters.
"It will be first election in the country's history in which 20 million new voters will cast their votes and it will be a major step for curtailing the existing feudal governance system,"He added.
Deliberating upon the initiative of result management system, he said the ecp developed the software, which would be sent to 484 returning officers of the country to ensure election results

To a query regarding no capacity building of returning officers for accomplishing scrutiny process in effective manner, he conceded that it was a missing link and they would include it for the part of 'lessons learnt' process and would not repeat it in the next phase of local elections.
